Successful language training does not happen by chance, but is the result of careful, systematic planning. The tailor made inlingua training concept is based on the successful inlingua method and takes into account the various requirements and motivations. In addition, we provide you with the organizational framework, which will support you as best as possible in the planning and implementation of the further training. We discuss the exact task together with you, and thereby consider your wishes and targets and the requirements of the participants. What competence level should the participants reach, what challenges must be mastered in the foreign language? The needs analysis gives you confidence about the targets and competence levels to be achieved.
We compile a well-grounded, target-oriented training concept for the participants, with the focus on the type of training, training materials and trainer personalities. Whether intensive crash courses or communicative group courses, whether in-house or at inlingua, at home or abroad – together we will find the way that is most valuable and useful to your company and your employees. Incidentally - our trainers also accompany employees on the job, and give feedback on specific situations. And we even develop appropriate course materials for specific tasks.
At the end of a course, all the participatants will receive a certificate of participation for the successfully completed level. If desired language exams can, of course, be taken, and certified as an inlingua certificate. Each certificate corresponds to a competence level within the Common European Reference Framework (CERF).
Targeted follow up packages motivate for the next competence level. After each completed level, you and the participants receive a questionnaire, to give us important feedback: what went well, what could have been better. But also, how can we continue to support you and continue to train your employees – up to C2 level according to CERF. Let’s go!

The inlingua modules correspond to the competence level of the Common European Reference Framework for languages. That way you know that the achieved goals are measurable and comparable. If desired we will prepare your employees for the internationally recognized tests such as TOEIC, Cambridge English tests, or telc certificatesin various languages.
